In front of her on the floor are three black exercise balls labeled 15 lb, 20 lb, and 25 lb. Our Story

Hello! My name is Kristy and I’m an award winning personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 30 years of experience leading classes.

I have been involved in fitness since I was 17 — learning how to lift weights with my best friend in high school and gradually becoming proficient in exercise science. I’ve taught fitness everywhere, from my classrooms to bootcamps, even when I was literally in a boot after breaking my foot.

After years of teaching, I faced a back injury and I feared my career in education/fitness was over. But, with the right PT and a trainer who invested in me, I was able to recover and come back stronger than before.  It taught me firsthand how injuries shape not just our bodies, but our mindset.

Which is why I am excited to present to you Momentum Health and Fitness, a place where everyone, regardless of age, can become stronger and the best version of themselves.

My dream is coming true because of you…let’s find our Momentum…together!

The benefits of training just 2–3 times per week include:

  • Building total-body strength and power

  • Improving cardiovascular endurance and stamina

  • Burning calories efficiently during and after workouts

  • Increasing speed, coordination, and overall athleticism

  • Helping break through plateaus with structured, progressive programming

  • Supporting overall energy levels in daily life
