Momentum Prime

Momentum Primeis intentionally designed for adults ages 50 and over, while welcoming adults of all ages who want a thoughtful, structured approach to strength training. These sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility and balance, and supporting cardiovascular health in a safe, professionally-coached environment.

Prime classes are capped at 14 participants, allowing for individualized attention and coaching.

Momentum Ignite

Momentum Ignite is our high-energy strength and conditioning program for adults who thrive in a fast-paced, athletic training environment. Sessions combine strength circuits and conditioning to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Ignite classes may include up to 25 participants, creating a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere while still maintaining professional coaching and structured programming.

However, if this is your first time training with us, please complete the inquiry form so Coach Kristy can connect with you before booking a class, discuss your goals, and help ensure you book the session that best fits you. Members and returning clients can go ahead and use the link below to book their session.

Ignite classes are open to both members and drop-in participants. Individual drop in classes are priced at $23.

1-1 Personal Training
