    Prime is designed specifically for adults 50+ and emphasizes strength development, balance, mobility, and long-term health. The smaller group structure (14 max) allows for more detailed form correction, progression guidance, and personal coaching support.

    Momentum Ignite operates in a slightly larger group setting (25 max) with higher in intensity.

  • All sessions are coach-led with at least one coach present at every class.

    Momentum Prime classes are capped at 14 participants to ensure individualized attention, proper form, and a safe training environment.

    Momentum Ignite classes may have up to 25 participants, designed to support a high-energy atmosphere while still maintaining professional coaching and structured programming.

  • Two days per week builds the habit. Three days per week builds momentum. 

    Select the 2 sessions per week plan if you are just starting out. You can always upgrade to 3 sessions per week when you are ready for faster strength and conditioning development.

  • Momentum Prime sessions are intentionally capped at a smaller size to provide a higher level of individualized coaching and attention. Additionally, Prime members receive 1-1 assessment/nutritional consultations each month as part of their plan.

    Prime is designed specifically for adults 50+ and emphasizes strength development, balance, mobility, and long-term health. The smaller group structure (14 max) allows for more detailed form correction, progression guidance, and personal coaching support.

    Momentum Ignite operates in a slightly larger group setting  (25 max) with higher intensity.

  • The one-time enrollment fee covers your initial onboarding process, including fitness assessments, programming setup, and administrative registration.

    This ensures every member begins safely and with a personalized plan.

  • We require a three month commitment to start. Structured training works best with consistency, and this allows you to build real progress. After the initial three months, memberships move to month-to-month.

  • We offer a one week free trial for Ignite Membership (three classes) and two weeks free trial for Prime Membership (six classes). There’s no commitment. Just come in after your assessment and workout work us.

  • Your initial assessment is a one-on-one session with a coach before you begin training.

    During this session, we’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and evaluate basic movement patterns such as mobility, balance, and strength. This allows us to place you in the right program and ensure your training is safe and appropriate for your current level.

    The assessment is not a performance test. Don’t worry, we will not count how many jumping jacks you can do.  It’s just a starting point to help us coach you right from day one.

    We will only offer the session if needed. It is completely FREE. We just want to make sure we are setting you up for success before you begin any training with us.

  • That’s completely okay. Many members begin without prior strength training experience. Our coaching approach focuses on proper form, gradual progression, and building confidence.

  • We understand that life happens! Please don’t hesitate to communicate to your Coach if you need to miss a class.

    Make-up options are available for members depending on class capacity. Please reach out to your Coach for rescheduling.

    Make-up classes are not available for trial members once your trial expires.
